Delivery, payment, warranty, returns and privacy

Delivery

We deliver to every district in Bangladesh through Steadfast Courier. Most orders arrive within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch; remote areas can take longer.

Delivery charges depend on your area. They’re shown at checkout when available, and always confirmed on the order call.

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it’s damaged, tell the delivery agent and contact us the same day.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver.

Prices are in Bangladeshi taka. Prices can change, and you pay the price confirmed on your order call.

Order confirmation and cancellation

We call to confirm every order before dispatch. If we can’t reach you after several attempts, we may cancel the order.

You can cancel any time before dispatch by calling or messaging us with your order number.

Warranty

AVION electronics, including flight controllers and navigation modules, are covered for 6 months from delivery against manufacturing defects.

The warranty doesn’t cover damage from crashes, incorrect wiring, reversed polarity, over-voltage, water, or modifications such as removing components.

Battery packs are covered against defects reported within 7 days of delivery, because their condition after that depends on how they’re charged, used and stored.

To make a claim, contact us with your order number, a short description and photos. If the item is covered, we’ll repair or replace it.

Returns and replacements

If an item arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery. After inspection, we’ll replace it or refund you.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items that have been soldered, flown or crashed can only be handled under warranty.

Approved refunds are paid by mobile banking or bank transfer.

Privacy

When you order or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. We use them only to process and deliver your order, support you, and reply to your enquiries.

We share delivery details with our courier. Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies, to understand how people use this site. We don’t sell your information.
